Full 25-point door and opener safety check with every visit - springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and your LiftMaster or Chamberlain opener included
You get a price before we start. It does not change when the truck arrives.
The Servo Garage Doors Anaheim Guarantee
Since 2015, Servo Garage Doors Anaheim has repaired and installed more than 18,000 garage doors across Orange County, and every single one closed with the same two things: a written price agreed before work started, and a documented photo record of what we found and what we did. That’s not a marketing line. It’s Clause 1 and the founding rule of The Haven Standard we operate under. When we tell a homeowner in Anaheim Hills, West Anaheim, or Platinum Triangle that we stand behind our work, we mean the parts we installed, the labor we performed, and the written record we left behind. If it’s not done right, we make it right. That’s the entire job.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every repair and installation. If a spring we installed fails or an opener we mounted comes loose due to our labor, we return and fix it under our 365-Day Done Right Promise.
- Parts we supply and install. We service all eight major brands including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor, and we stand behind the parts we put in. No chasing a manufacturer’s phone tree.
- Cleanup after the job. Broken spring coils, old rollers, cable fragments, opener packaging. It leaves with our truck, not in your garage. If we missed a piece, tell us and we’ll come back for it.
- On-time arrival with a named technician. You get a name and a text when we’re on the way. Not a four-hour window, not a callback estimate. A person, headed to your address.
- The price we wrote is the price you pay. Clause 1 of The Haven Standard means a flat, written price and written scope before any work begins. If we find something unexpected, we stop and show you before we touch it. The price never changes without your signature.
- The failed part, shown to you before it’s replaced. If we’re quoting a replacement for anything, you see the broken component first. We photograph it, we hand you the photo record before we leave, and we explain what happened in plain English. Not in upsell language. In what-we-found language.
Our Satisfaction Promise

Here’s how the 365-Day Done Right Promise actually works in Anaheim. If a repair we completed doesn’t hold up, call us at (949) 822-8002 and describe the problem. We’ll schedule the return visit, and the technician who shows up will have your original job record including the written scope, the parts used, and the photo documentation from the first visit. There’s no re-diagnosis fee, no “that’s a different issue” runaround. If our workmanship is the cause, we repair it at no charge. If the issue is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll help you file the claim and handle the door work. And if you bring us any written estimate from another garage door company, we’ll give you a free second opinion on it. Bring the paperwork. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s fair, whether it’s missing something, or whether you’re about to pay for work you don’t need. Marcus Deller started Servo on that rule in 2015, and he still answers to it on every job.
Before
AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company behind it, which is why our license and insurance aren’t buried in fine print. Servo Garage Doors Anaheim is independently owned and operated under The Haven Standard, meaning this business holds its own state license and insurance. Not a franchise’s. Not a parent corporation’s. Ours. If a technician is on your property and something goes wrong, you’re covered. If the work fails and a claim needs to be made, there’s a real policy behind it. The Haven Standard contributes the documentation system and the standard we agree to work to, but the accountability sits with the local business you called. Every technician who arrives at your door is background-checked and uniformed. You’ll know who’s walking onto your property, what they’re going to do, what it will cost, and what it looked like when they left. That’s the real guarantee underneath all the rest of it.
What You Receive on Every Job

We think a guarantee should be something you can hold in your hand, not something you remember us saying. So every visit ends with a documentation package. You get the written price and scope from before the work started, signed and dated. You get the photo record of what we found, including any failed part photographed before a replacement was quoted, and completed work photographed after. You get a written record of the parts used, by brand and part type. If a warranty applies to a part, you’ll have the terms in writing before we leave. No one at Servo has ever expected a homeowner to remember a verbal promise made during a noisy garage door repair. The paperwork is the promise. That’s why Clause 4 of The Haven Standard requires the photographic record, and why it’s included on every visit, not offered as an add-on.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Every repair and installation includes our 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing as part of the job record. If our workmanship fails within one year, we return and repair it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on parts like LiftMaster openers or Clopay doors are separate, and we’ll give you those terms in writing at the time of installation. Call (949) 822-8002 if you have a question about a specific job we completed.
It doesn’t. Unless you sign a change to the written scope. Here’s the process: the technician evaluates your door, shows you what’s wrong, and writes a flat price for the repair before touching anything. If a second issue is discovered during the repair that wasn’t visible at the start, the technician stops work and shows you the finding, with a photograph, before any additional price is discussed. You approve the change in writing, or we don’t do it. Clause 1 of The Haven Standard exists specifically to stop the “quote one price, invoice another” game that’s common in this trade. Estimates are free, and the written price is the price.
Our technicians carry the most common parts on every truck: torsion springs in multiple wire sizes, extension springs, cables, rollers, hinges, brackets, safety sensors, remotes, and logic boards for LiftMaster and Chamberlain openers among others. If your door needs a part we don’t have in the truck and can’t source same day, we’ll tell you before you pay anything and schedule the return visit with a written scope for the second trip. But in Anaheim, the majority of repair calls are completed on the first visit.
Yes. We answer calls with a live person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. If your garage door is stuck open or won’t close, call (949) 822-8002 and you’ll get a named technician and an on-the-way text, not a recording. Emergency calls are priced with the same upfront written quote as any other job. The emergency isn’t an excuse to change the rules.
